We just want to help you realize your dream of owning a home - the right home, in the right location, at the right price. Our policy is to share our revenues with every member who buys a home through the Alliance. This means, we only make money by saving you money.

You provide us with information about yourself and about what you want in a home. Our proprietary databases customize information just for you so that we can direct you to the homes you are most likely to want. The more we know about you, the more accurate and helpful we can be. Meanwhile, you learn about the process of home buying and home ownership.

By registering for membership in The Alliance you allow us to send you relevant information and offers on a weekly basis...look for our email. You get home buying lessons, and descriptions of relevant neighbourhoods plus meaningful news. You'll get information on transportation access, schools, crime rates, sports facilities, population, growth rates and much more.

Only members get the personalized and customized information provided by The Alliance so you have to register to become a member.

Once you have chosen a home from one of the many builder communities participating with the Alliance, we can help you even more. We get an emarketing fee from the sale of the home and we share it with you. You get back 1% of your purchase price when you purchase through The Alliance.
