The Alliance receives an advisory fee from participating builders for providing you with relevant information that results in your visiting a participating community and your buying a new home in that community. The Alliance shares that fee with you by rebating 1% of the purchase price of any new home that you buy through The Alliance.

You must register your interest first with The Alliance who in turn will register you as a preferred home buyer with your chosen community. You must not have visited that community before and registered independently, nor can you have an active purchase agreement with a real estate agent.

The process is simple and must be adhered to in order for The Alliance to receive its full advisory fee and you to get 1% cashback. We will guide you through the process via e-mail.
